Great runs by everyone, especially Danny Carson (record down leg), Leisa Smith (record down leg), Bethany van Loenen (Schofield) (record return leg), Kelvin Marshall (now 3 time winner) and blind runner Damien Williams who finished in 4:30.

Damien wins the Golden Boot award for his courage, dedication and determination.
